Refunds Ahoy!
Should your shipment decide to take an extended vacation and exceed 25 business days, excluding processing time, fear not! It could be eligible for a refund. We’ve got your back.

Before your item takes flight, our meticulous crew ensures it’s shipshape. Our processing time is a mere 1 to 3 days—Depending on how epic your customization is or if we’re drowning in a pile of Christmas orders or not.

Returns
At Device Culture, we’re committed to making sure you’re ecstatic every purchase, so if you’ve encountered any issues with your order, rest assured that we’ve got your back. Here’s our no-frills return policy:
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll take swift action. You have two options:
- Replacement: We’ll send you a brand-new product at no additional cost.
- Refund: If you prefer, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
- 30-Day Refund Window:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Whether it’s a change of heart or a genuine issue, we respect your decision.
- Customized items cannot be returned due to a change of heart, even if unused.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Simply reach out to our friendly customer support team via email (hello@deviceculture.com) or website chat. Provide your order details, explain the reason for the return, and our support agents will guide you through the process.
Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- We understand that you need to try out the product, so don’t worry about the package having been opened, as long it’s not damaged.
Return Shipping:
- For defective or damaged products, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning the item for any other reason, you’ll be responsible for the tracked return shipping fees to our warehouse.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund promptly (allow up to 72 hours processing time).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, immediately after it passes inspection. The time it takes for funds to be released back into your account will vary and depend on the payment provider that you used, so please consult their policies if you have any questions.
Exceptions:
- Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns, as they will not be able to be restocked and sold again.
